Manshi Low

Manshi Low is an MIT-trained engineer and organizational advisor working at the intersection of technology, human behavior, and complex systems. She has 15 years of experience in infrastructure, operations and complex stakeholder environments.  

As the founder of Sylvalia, she helps technical companies and STEM research institutes navigate what changes between people when AI enters the room. Combining systems thinking with human-centered leadership, she helps organizations develop shared understanding, strengthen collective judgment, and design new ways of collaborating in education, research, and innovation.

Within MERIT, Manshi co-facilitates the AI/LLM training program alongside UpLeveled.
