Karl Horky

Karl Horky is the technical cofounder and curriculum lead at UpLeveled, where he designs and delivers AI and tech education for people with a wide range of technical backgrounds. His AI work covers literacy, agents, AI failures, robustness, and how organizations can become AI-native.

He has more than 25 years of experience in tech and 10 years in mentorship and education. As an educator in the AI era, he continues to teach technical fundamentals and critical thinking alongside AI tools.

Within MERIT, UpLeveled co-facilitates the AI/LLM training program alongside Sylvalia.
